Major Mail Carrier’s Truck Breaks Down and Needs Towing Services

The towing services team at Bee Line Transport sprung into action when their services were required for a broken down delivery truck in Forest, VA. Even though the towing services technicians were currently 200 miles away, nothing would stop them from getting the job done. They immediately were on their way to help the stranded delivery truck. When they arrived in the town of Forest, they found a semi-trailer truck from one of the world’s most popular delivery carriers on the side of the road! 

Unfortunately, many people would not be receiving their package on time. The truck’s rear axle seal was damaged and leaking. There was no way that this truck driver could continue on his route; the truck had to be brought to Roanoke for a much needed repair. The longer this truck was stuck on the side of the road, the longer some people would be waiting for important mail. Bee Line Transport’s team had the semi ready for towing in a short period of time. Once the semi was loaded and the drive shaft disconnected, the towing services technicians towed the truck to Roanoke for repairs. Details of Towing Services Helps with Semi Repair 

A call was received at Bee Line Transport’s dispatch center. A semi-trailer truck for a major delivery carrier had unspecified damage and towing services were needed. The truck was stranded in Forest, VA, and had to be transported to Roanoke, VA, for repairs. Bee Line Transport’s dispatcher contacted one of the Bee Line Transport’s towing services team who were currently in Davenport, VA, and briefed them about the broken down semi-trailer truck in Forest, VA. 

Bee Line Transport’s towing services team immediately got on the road for their 200 mile journey to Forest, VA. Bee Line Transport’s towing services team took the VA-80 eastbound to I-81North. The towing services team followed the I-81 North followed by the US-11North. Bee Line Transport’s Towing services team then ended their journey along State Rte 653 to US-221 North in Forest, VA.

Bee Line Transport’s towing services team pulled up next to a damaged semi-trailer truck belonging to a popular delivery service company. Bee Line Transport’s towing services technicians assessed the truck looking for the damage. After a thorough assessment of the disabled truck, the source of the problem was found. Bee Line Transport’s towing services noted that the rear axle seal on the semi was broken and leaking, making driving the semi-trailer truck impossible and dangerous. Bee Line Transport’s towing services technician backed up towards the semi-trailer truck. Bee Line Transport’s towing services then securely attached the wheel lock. Once the wheel lock was attached, Bee Line Transport’s towing services technicians raised up the semi-trailer truck’s front tires. 

With everything securely in place, Bee Line Transport’s towing services technicians disabled the drive shaft on the semi-trailer truck. The truck was now ready to be towed to Roanoke for repairs. Bee Line Transport’s towing services took the US-221 South for the 42 mile trip to Roanoke. Bee Line Transport’s towing services and the semi-trailer truck arrived in Roanoke where they towed the semi-trailer truck to the truck repair.
